Debra Locke is one of the original founders of Youth Empowerment Agency, Ahlal Zikr, and the owner of Second Family Childcare.


Debra has 15 years of experience working with children and 5 years running a Childcare home business. She has the passion and the drive that has fueled this organization and contributed to the growth of all of the organizations she has founded.

Sharie is a vital partner to YEA. Sharie
